In each issue we feature at least one hotel and talk to the people who make it a success on a daily basis. We choose everything from the most lavishly decorated and exquisitely styled hotels to the smaller, more simply designed, budget accommodation, be it the big brands or small independents.

Details of dining, bar, leisure, spa and other hotel facilities are outlined, while any financial, recruitment or management difficulties or areas of concern to hoteliers are also highlighted. We talk to the leaders in the field and find out how they successfully run their business and what tips they can impart to others in the trade. Profiles in each issue also include interviews with banqueting managers, head housekeepers to front of office managers. In a business that encompasses so many different yet vital aspects, Hospitality Ireland highlights, discusses and advises on all, helping hoteliers to offer the best and most profitable service from the moment the customer enters the hotel to the time they depart.

As well as looking at the larger operators in the business Hospitality Ireland also focuses on the small guesthouse or family run B&B operations. Interviewing proprietors who share their stories, woes and wishes in business that have been the traditional cornerstone of the Irish hospitality trade.
